Payment and Refund Policy
Payment Policy:
1. Advance Payment
To secure your booking with The Route Seekers, a non-refundable advance paymentof 20% of the total package price is required at the time of booking. This advance is necessary to confirm and hold your reservation.
2. Pre-Trip Payment
You need to pay 40% of the total package price at least 30 days before the trip starts.
Failure to make this payment on time will result in the cancellation of your trip. This pre-trip payment ensures your participation in the tour and covers additional costs incurred in preparation for your journey.
3. Final Payment
The remaining 40% of the total package price is due 15 days before trip starts. This final payment confirms your acceptance of the trip’s commencement and allows for the completion of the travel arrangements.
Refund Policy:
1. Non-Refundable Advance
The advance payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable under all
circumstances. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with securing your
reservation.
2. Cancel more than 15 days before departure:
The 50% of pre-trip payment will be refunded.
3. No Refund for Cancellations Within 15 Days
For cancellations occurring within 15 days of the trip’s commencement, no refunds
will be provided under these circumstances.
4. Non-Refundable Post-Commencement Payments
post-commencement payment, made after the trip has started, is non-refundable.
This ensures that the travel arrangements and services provided are fully
compensated for, regardless of changes or cancellations after the trip has
commenced.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15-20 days of receiving the
cancellation request. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used
for the original payment.
6. Exceptions and Special Considerations
Exceptions to the standard refund policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The Route Seekers reserves the right to make adjustments or provide partial refunds
under special circumstances at its discretion.
7. Notification and Documentation
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to The Route Seekers. Supporting
documentation for the reason of cancellation may be required. Refunds will be
processed in accordance with the outlined terms and may require additional time for
completion
